Administrator: Ray Medina, MD, LNHA

Dr. Ray Medina is currently a senior administrator and responsible for the management of the staff at Laurelton Village Care Center. He has over 20 years of experience in the health care profession and is a licensed nursing home administrator. He is a past recipient of the “Administrator of the Year” award at Brandywine Senior Care, which formerly managed Rehabilitation and Care Centers.
 

Director of Admissions: Maria Penna

Maria Penna has worked in the health care field for more than 13 years. Maria is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and science from Montclair State College.
 

Director of Nursing Services: Carole Walz. R.N.

Carole Walz is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 16 years of experience in Nursing management with excellent outcomes. She holds a degree in nursing and Social Work from Ocean County College.
 

Rehabilitation Director: Sue Jacobson

Sue Jacobson is dedicated to helping each resident achieve his or her own highest level of mobility and independence. She holds a B.S. in physical therapy and has over 24 years of experience in health care in multiple settings, including acute care and outpatient.
 

Director of Social Services:: Barbara Daughton

Barbara Daughton holds a B.S. in Social work from Spalding University and a Masters from Rutgers University. She is also licensed as a clinical social worker and has extensive experience in Geriatrics and health care.
