Meet the Laurelton team

Rehabilitation Director, Jeffrey Gabriel, MSPT

Jeff has been a Physical Therapist for 9 years working in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Sub acute Rehab settings. The majority of his work has been in sub acute rehab. Jeffrey graduated from College Misericordia after earning his BS in Health Science and MS in PT. He is married and has 2 children. Jeff loves being a part of the recovery process for a patient from an illness or injury and assisting them in returning home to resume their normal lifestyle.

Administrator: Jean Joseph

Jean Joseph is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with 16 years experience in the health care industry. Jean holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York and a B.S in Health Care Administration from St Joseph College, Brooklyn, NY. He is a veteran of the US Marine Corps with over 20+ years active and reserve duty. He brings a wealth of leadership and an extensive experience in both hospital and long-term care settings to the management team of Laurelton Village.

Director of Admissions: Carla Albanese

Carla Albanese has worked in the health care field for 3 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families. You can always find Carla with a smile on her face, and ready to help you to ensure a smooth admission process into Laurelton Village.

Director of Nursing Services: Carole Walz. R.N.

Carole Walz is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 16 years of experience in Nursing management with excellent outcomes. She holds a degree in nursing and Social Work from Ocean County College.

Director of Social Services: Barbara Daughton

Barbara Daughton holds a B.S. in Social work from Spalding University and a Masters from Rutgers University. She is also licensed as a clinical social worker and has extensive experience in Geriatrics and health care.
