Executive Director: Nanetta Malone, LNHA

Malone has spent the majority of her healthcare career with the Solaris Health System, where she worked in various positions for 24 years. Malone started her career as Director of Social Work. She became an Administrator in 1995 and helped to open the first approved vent unit in the state of New Jersey. During the 90's, Malone served as administrator for the largest hospital-based sub-acute unit with Muhlenberg Hospital in Plainfield, NJ. Malone is a Certified Social Worker (CSW), a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and she has her Masters in Administration.
Malone says her core values as an administrator, which will continue to guide her work at Laurelton are the institution of an open door policy that enables continual communication amongst staff, physicians and family members, as well as the belief that the way you treat a person is how they will view your health center.

Director of Admissions/ Marketing: Raquel Schindel

Raquel Schindel has worked in the health care field for 20 years. She is responsible for helping to expedite the admissions and discharge process for patients and families. Raquel has many years of business experience with a strong focus in developing consumer-centered services and products. She takes pride in helping families in difficult times in deciding the appropriate care and placement of their loved ones. Rehabilitation Director, Jeffrey Gabriel, MSPT

Jeff has been a Physical Therapist for 9 years working in Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and Sub acute Rehab settings. The majority of his work has been in sub acute rehab. Jeffrey graduated from College Misericordia after earning his BS in Health Science and MS in PT. He is married and has 2 children. Jeff loves being a part of the recovery process for a patient from an illness or injury and assisting them in returning home to resume their normal lifestyle.

Director of Nursing Services: Carole Walz. R.N.

Carole Walz is responsible for managing the nursing staff at our center. She has over 16 years of experience in Nursing management with excellent outcomes. She holds a degree in nursing and Social Work from Ocean County College.
